Oshawa Senior House League BLACK shocked the ringette world today by sending crafty veteran Olivia Buxcey & promising rookie Gemma Chatten to the WHITE team for stalwart defence specialist Natalie Cook and future considerations.
"We had a lot of problems in our own end in the last game, and felt we needed a strong presence on the blue line. We hated to give up Olivia & Gemma, but a trade has to work both ways" said a BLACK team spokesman.
