Virtual Annual General Meeting Monday June 6, 2022 @ 7pm 

Oshawa Storm Ringette Association members are invited to join us for our virtual AGM. The AGM will be conducted via Zoom. A link will be sent to all registered participants. 

Participants are asked to pre-register here

Our AGM provides an opportunity for us to review the 2021-2022 season.

Our association is governed by our By-laws which can be reviewed here. Motions for any amendments to the By-laws must be submitted prior to the AGM here

 

At the AGM we will elect the new Board of Directors for the upcoming season. The following positions are open for election, job descriptions can be found here

2nd VP

Secretary

Director of Operations

Director of Development

Director of Marketing & Sponsorship

Director at Large

 

Nominations for positions can be submitted prior to the AGM via email to oshawastormpresident@gmail.com

Nominations can also be made “live” during the AGM.

 

AGM Voting - Eligible members 18+ (or parents/guardians of players under the age of 18) are able to vote at the AGM
