Oshawa Storm Ringette Association - Event Day COVID Protocols

Anyone who is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or has had close contact,
traveled or tested positive with a confirmed case cannot enter the facility.

8 hours prior to the start of an event confirm attendance of participants and
spectators on the OSRA Contact Tracing Google Form - September Ice

60 minutes prior to the start of an event complete the Health Screen for the facility
which you are attending. All participants are required to show proof of the successful
completion of COVID-19 screening to facility staff who will verify the date, time and name of the
individual. Proof of completion can be provided in either paper or digital format.

15 minutes prior to the start of an event, line up at the designated entrance, with most of your equipment on (not skates) and a filled water bottle.
- We have access to two changerooms. While in changerooms mask/face covering are required.
- Participants must stay in their dedicated change room until coaches allow access to the ice (no line-ups at the door to get on the ice).

After the event, all arena users must exit the facility at the same time; no more than 15 minutes after rental.

Masks must be worn by all visitors, they are not required but recommended once on the ice.
