2026 Oshawa Autumn Storm Ringette Tournament - Call for Vendors

Dear Vendor,

We are excited to invite you to participate in our Fall Market, which will be held at the Delpark Homes Centre during the Oshawa Autumn Storm Ringette Tournament weekend. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your products and connect with a diverse audience of approximately 3000+ attendees, including players, families, and spectators from 64 different teams.

Event Details:

• Date: Friday October 23 (9:00 AM) through Sunday October 25 (4:00 PM)
• Location: Leisure Room @ Delpark Homes Centre, 1661 Harmony Road N, Oshawa, ON

Vendor Benefits:

• Direct access to a large and engaged audience of approximately 2000+ attendees over the course of the weekend.
• Opportunity to showcase and sell your products in a vibrant community setting.
• Exposure to families, sports enthusiasts, and local shoppers.

• Returning this year, The OSRA tournament desk and tournament fundraiser will share space with the vendors in the fireside room with only larger vendors being in the centre room between pads, this is to help with foot traffic and visibility due to the restrictions of Delpark Homes Centre and the location of the Fireside Room. Additionally the younger divisions (U10 and U12) will be returning to the tournament, we are hoping this will also improve the customer base this year.

Vendor Package: Tables and Chairs will be provided by OSRA

• Vendor Table Fee: $75 due immediately + 10% of sales + Donation to Raffle.
• Flat rate fee charge due to City of Oshawa Vendor Fee, per vendor.

Product Limitations: Please note that due to our rental agreement with the facility, certain product categories are not allowed to be sold at the Fall Market. These include, but are not limited to:

• An item designed to make excessive noise (ie. air horn, cow bell, blow horn, trumpet, etc.)
• Food or Drink
• Tape (clear, stick and grip)
• Laces
• Skates guards
• Stick wax
• Skate socks
• Shin pad socks
• Water bottles
• Mouth guards 
• (exception being custom fit mouth guard (Molly Mouthguard, etc.)
• Replacement skate blades
• Chin strap & helmet parts 
• Goal accessories
• Pucks 
• Stick butt ends

How to Reserve Your Vendor Spot: To secure your space at the Fall Market, please follow these steps:

• Complete the vendor registration form here!
• Upon receiving your registration form, if no further information is needed, we will send you a confirmation email along with payment instructions.

Important Notes:

• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, decorations, and any necessary display materials.
• Wi-Fi access (City of Oshawa) is available, it is a local connection.
• Vendors are encouraged to bring promotional materials, business cards, and banners to enhance their booth's visibility.
